Salento Agency sells a plot of agricultural land of approximately 5,000 sqm located on the road from Morciano di Leuca to the hamlet of Barbarano del Capo (also known as ‘Leuca Piccola’). Access to the property is via an inter-modal road shared with other land.
If desired, it is possible to purchase a second plot of a further 5,000 sqm. According to the building regulations in force, it is possible to build a civil dwelling of 50 square metres on the land, plus 15 square metres of masonry or wooden porch. If the house is designed with the typical star or barrel vaults, the building surface area can be increased up to 65 square metres, thanks to the 2009 regional law that rewards constructions in Salento.
In the agricultural area, there are no connections to public services, so it will be necessary to build a cistern for the water supply (fed by tanker truck or by a well) and a sub-irrigation system for the disposal of waste water. As far as the connection to Enel is concerned, this can take place within 6/10 months from the presentation of the application for connection as the main line is quite far away.
