The restoration project may divide the palace interior into a kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms and one or two bathrooms depending on the need of the new owner. Three rooms present original floors decoration, with mosaics and grit.
The structural condition is excellent, but a new electrical system needs to be done together with a new plumbing system for the bathroom and the kitchen. One of the room faces a small square with a nice balcony.
From inside the dwelling it is possible to reach the terrace, where a pergola may be installed and equipped with outdoor furniture to be used during summer evenings.
