This beautiful accommodation facility is located in the heart of Salento, just 4 km from the sea.
Morciano di Leuca is one of the towns in the lower Salento area which has seen an increase in tourist numbers in recent years.

The proximity to the beautiful beaches of Pescoluse, the beauty of the landscapes and the historical centres of Salento have allowed this exploit.
In the past, the structure was a civil dwelling, characterised by its vaulted and star vaulted ceilings. The renovation was completed five years ago.
The structure is on three levels: ground floor, first floor and raised first floor.

Description of the apartments
Entering from Via A. Diaz, guests are welcomed into an entrance hall, formed by two star vaults. This room serves as reception, winter breakfast room, bar area (with refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, etc.), reading room and games room.
A porch at the back leads towards the garden and provides access to the various lodgings, except for two rooms that have direct and independent access from Via A. Diaz.

The first accommodation, located to the right of the back porch, is a two-room apartment comprising, on the ground floor, a living-dining room with kitchenette and a bathroom, while on the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed.

The second apartment, on the left side of the porch, is a room with a double bed, single bed and bathroom.

From the uncovered area behind, a staircase leads to the first floor where there are two two-room apartments.

The first two-room apartment, located to the left of the veranda, consists of a living-dining room with kitchenette and is equipped with a sofa bed. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor where there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, a bathroom and a 25 sq m terrace.

The second two-room apartment, located to the right of the veranda, consists of a living/dining room with kitchenette, bedroom (with double bed and bunk bed) and bathroom. This accommodation is characterised by its vaulted ceilings.

The two two-room apartments on the first floor have underfloor heating.

With direct access from Via A. Diaz, there is a room on the ground floor (with a double bed and a single bed) with a bathroom, while on the first floor there is a room with a double bed and a bathroom.

Services and common areas.
With access from the landing of the first flight of external stairs there is a storeroom/laundry room with washing machine. On the first floor that separates the two two-room apartments, there is an external bathroom/laundry room, also at the service of guests.

In the basement, there is a cellar with a barrel-vaulted roof, used for storage.
The garden outside, is equipped to serve breakfast in the most beautiful periods, from May to September.

All the lodgings are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning, colour TV, minibar, safe, Wi-Fi, phone and radiators in the bathrooms.

The furnishings have been created partly by restoring and recovering old objects and partly by reinterpreting the original furnishings.
The b&b is sold inclusive of furniture and furnishings.
