Trulli (or pajare) are typical Salento constructions used in the past as peasant dwellings or as simple deposits of straw or agricultural tools. The property has frontage on two municipal roads: one starts as an inter-modal road that leads to the first two buildings. The larger pajara is characterized by a conical structure, while the liama consists of a room with a barrel vault on the ceiling; adjacent to it, there are the ruins of two rooms formerly covered with wooden beams and imbrices. From the first two trulli (pajara) a 100-meter path leads to the third pajara. The total area of the three buildings is about 85 square meters. According to the municipal regulations and the current landscape plan, it is possible to consolidate and recover the existing buildings using local period materials and construction methods. It is also possible to make shaded areas with light pergola-type structures. There is no possibility to build a swimming pool but it is alowed to install a removable one or a hot tub.
