Residential project located in the municipality of Salve, in the peaceful coastal area of Torre Pali.

The buildable plot is situated on Via Marcello Mastroianni, with a total area of approximately 1,600 square meters.

The site, currently occupied by a building constructed in the 1960s and surrounded by a spacious garden, falls within the building zone designated by the municipal development plan.
