The smaller pajara measures 10 square metres while the larger one measures approximately 22 square metres.
The property, which extends over a plot of about 18,000 square metres, is characterised by terracing bordered by original dry-stone walls and has three different driveways from different roads.
Building regulations in force also allow for the development of an additional 78 square metres if you decide to build a villa with the typical star or barrel vaults, while if you want to build it with a concrete slab, the surface area may not exceed 60 square metres.
